Summary:

Only nine people responded that they were still interested. Four are OK with San Francisco. Four like Southern CA.  Four like the same time frame.

We get perks based on the number of rooms we book, e.g. discounts on Hospitality Suite and Dinner/Dance ballroom. The minimum we needed on the contract was 15. We’re nowhere near what we need.

The reunion is canceled. This was not a causal decision. It was a decision made based on your input. And it's a final decision! No more discussion is needed.

I have double checked that your room was also canceled. You should receive an email confirming this on Tuesday.

Details:

I think CA makes the most sense. San Fran or San Diego would be great.

Same dates but have it somewhere in Southern California.

Same date and near the San Francisco Bay area.

Disneyland Anaheim, Santa Barbara?  San Diego?  Huntington Beach?

San Diego, Hotel Del Coronado. Same dates.

It would be great to stay in SF but I’m flexible about location, Mahalo nui loa!

San Luis Obispo, Embassy Suites, Madonna Inn, Hearst Castle.

Almost anywhere.  San Francisco is not interesting to me. New Orleans next year?

Like the time frame. San Francisco works for me. Wonder if Vegas would be a better draw?
