School Story:

A young lady whose name, sadly, escapes me, took me under her loving care during my last six months or so in Korea and decided it was her job to teach me how to kiss properly. Her successors deemed her teaching quite satisfactory! However, I have long wanted to thank her again, but I'll be damned if my memory can provide a name. If you are she - thank you!

I am also saddened by the cancellation of the 60's classes reunion and would be VERY open to a gathering in Southern California, should there be interest. I even have a very large "Community Room" in my building that can be used for free, and very affordable local hotels.

Like many of my classmates (Class of 69), I just turned 70. But I can still vividly remember my three years living on Yangsan Compound and related more to those I knew there in grades 8-10 than to the kids at the MASSIVE stateside high school that I attended starting my junior year. With Covid restrictions easing up (and I've had both my Moderna shots), I'm hoping an SAHS meetup might take place regionally in Southern California!
