This is Sherry Schoffstall from Annandale, VA. It's really nice to know that you're having a geat life. I spent 4 years in Germany..5th thru 8th grade and took German in 8th grade. Then went to more schools..none offered German. I switched to French for two years, the switched to Latin because I knew I'd be lost in French 3. And then..was forced to go to Korea (silly me). And that's how I ended up in your class. You were one of my favorite teachers and your classes were fun. I still remember someone telling you:" But Mr. Dickey, I'm trying..." Your reply: "I know, Mr Palmer (?), you're very trying."

Thanks for your happy birthday remark..Not sure how I got there, but it led me to this site. So glad to find you well and happy. I have 4 kids, and 11 grand kids aged 7 months to 18. Other than spending time with family. I'm using tap dancing to keep fit since 2003. Before that I took Kenneth Cooper's advice and jogged 2 miles a day right after my first son was born on Xmas 76 until 2 years ago.

Hello from Sherry Schoffstall. I heard you enjoyed acting. I enjoyed acting for.10 years at my kid's school where our parent's club put on a musical every year for the kids. I even did a solo once as a jester on Once Upon a Mattress. I still have dreams anxiously looking for my script before my next scene. It was so much fun learning the Spanish Panic.
