Norman Royal - Class of 1988

Norman Larry Royal, A Clerk For The Resteel Supply Co., Died April 27 At Charity Hospital Of Gunshot Wounds. He Was 28. Mr. Royal Lived In New Orleans Much Of His Life. He Graduated From Seoul American High School In Seoul, Korea, And Was An Air Force Veteran.

Survivors Include His Wife, Tunisha 'Nina' Johnson-Royal Of Dover, Del.; A Son, Norman Larry Royal Of Dover; A Daughter, Azhia Royal Of Dover; A Daughter, Jasha Scott of Delaware; His Father, Norman Larry Bryant Of Philadelphia; His Mother, Martha Royal Crosby; His Stepfather, Edward Crosby Jr. Of Mississippi; Two Brothers, Kevin Bryant Of Philadelphia And Bernard Royal; Two Sisters, Karen Bryant Of Philadelphia And Quiana Royal; And His Grandparents, Bernice Bryant Of Philadelphia And Alma Smith-Royal.

A Jazz Funeral Will Be Held Wednesday At 10 A.M. At D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 1716 N. Claiborne Ave. Visitation Will Begin Wednesday At 8 A.M. Burial Will Be In Resthaven Memorial Park.

my first friend in Korea. Took me under his wing and showed me the ropes. he and LaRon. i love and miss u my friend.

Josh Young (1990)

I'll always remember Norman from when I first moved to Korea in 1987.  He was nice to me and kind of looked out for me.  Good guy with a big heart and a bigger smile.
