Robert Geoffrey Hess
April 5, 1970 - September 17, 2017
Robert Geoffrey Hess of Plano, Texas passed away September 17, 2017, at the age of 47. He was born April 5, 1970, to James Michael Hess and Monte M. (Land) Hess at Fort Carson, Colorado. Robert was a 1988 graduate of Seoul American High School in South Korea. In 1992, he graduated from Texas A&M where he was in the Corps of Cadets and a drummer in the Fightin` Texas Aggie Band. Robert was a high school football coach for many years before working as a pool contractor and designer. He enjoyed playing the guitar and writing songs. Robert was a sports fanatic and was a diehard Pittsburg Steelers Fan.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Haleigh McKenna Hess of Plano, Texas; parents, Mike and Monte Hess of Tucson, Arizona and brother, Michael Allan Hess of O’Fallon, Illinois.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, September 25, 2017 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Please dress in the “colors of life” to celebrate the beginning of Bob’s everlasting life.

I am shocked to hear about Bobby's passing it's June 2021 and I read that Bobby passed in 2017. Bobby was a great person and I remember us playing football together. I played Quarterback and Bobby played center. we always had fun playing football. Bobby was a good player and an even better person. Rest In Peace buddy. Jeff Richards SAHS (88).
