Harvey P. Alisa of Kailua-Kona, a human resource director, will be remembered in services Saturday. Alisa, 37, died Sunday while scuba diving in west Kauai waters. Born in Honolulu, he is survived by wife Margery Kekauoha-Alisa; sons Isaac, Philip, Mataumu, Eli, Tanoa and Kamuela; father Harvey A. Toelupe; brothers Reuben Alisa, and Alma and Marvin Toelupe; and sisters Andrea and Vika Toelupe. Service: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Laie. Call after 10 a.m. Burial: Laie Cemetery.

March 17, 1996. Harvey P. Alisa, 37, La'ie, O'ahu. Kaumakani Camp. Scuba dived with friends and was found 1/2 mile offshore.
