A celebration of the life of Jay Eric Taylor will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 25, 2016 at Hayhurst Funeral Home Chapel. Jay passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at the age of 55.

Jay was born in Bangkok, Thailand on June 10, 1961 to Jackie Lee and Bok Ryun (Kim) Taylor. After graduating from Seoul, American High School in 1979, Jay moved to the United States. Jay worked at Fox 23 Broadcasting as a Master Control Engineer in the broadcasting industry for 34 years.

On October 22, 1988 Jay married Liliane Howell in a Lawton, Oklahoma wedding ceremony. Their union was blessed with four children. Jay was a wonderful husband and father. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

In his youth, Jay loved playing football, basketball and baseball. He also enjoyed watching sports and his favorite teams were the Celtics, 49ers and the Dodgers. Jay was a funny person with a great sarcastic sense of humor.
