Mike was one of the kindest, most generous people in the class of 1967. I never heard him say an unkind or even unpleasant word to anyone - which can't be said about many in our class. He was always smiling as he ambled the halls. I'm sure the family/friends he leaves behind will miss him greatly.
Mike was an avid Tang Soo Do practitioner and even communicated with our sensei when Mr. Kong settled in the USA and opened up a gym in the east coast. We would spend hours on the phone talking politics, tae kwon do and life in general. I miss him a lot.

Mike made SAHS a better place. I still laugh to myself when I remember his humorous comments.
Buddy Wootten (1967)
Mike was a great guy and I am sure he will be missed!
